Seattle Social Media Club: Virtual Worlds in the New Year

At 6:30 PM on January 31st I will be participating in a panel discussion at the Seattle Social Media Club. The topic will be Virtual Worlds in the New Year and you are welcome to attend. The meeting will take place at the Seattle office of Text100, which is located on Union Street.

The panel will consist of Rob Lanphier and Greg Tomko-Pavia from the local office of Linden Lab, Brian White (author of Second Life – A Guide to Your Virtual World, and I. We are going to talk about ways to use Second Life in a business context — meetings, recruiting, and so forth. We will also tour a couple of corporate builds.
